The practitioners watch you to see whether you can perform your task stepwise. They even watch your ability to perform in given situation. Your confidence and detail attentiveness does matter a lot. The candidate has to perform all five skills successfully in order to achieve NNAAP (National Nurse Aide Assessment Program) certification. Passing the practical CNA skills test depends on your confidence and knowledge of tasks – what you are doing and more importantly, why you are doing it.
